    Haha Great stuff, I am wondering if that is an automatically response system or something.
    Maybe they categorize the problems and send publisher standard answers.

    Haha, even though it might be a fake :-) it still points out the problems of men-women communication:

    She's addressing 2 Problems without (in the eyes of the male) priorising which she want's to be answered, so he picks the one he knows the answer to, avoiding the other.

     Men are good for all kinds of advice, but maybe on the more practical side.
